Personal data (KVKK notice)

Under Turkey’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is Vural Construction, at the address above.

This site collects no data through a form and keeps no records on its servers. The form on the contact page only drafts a message in your own email app; it reaches us when you send it.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the name, contact details and message you share are processed to answer your enquiry, tell you about the project you are interested in and arrange a meeting. The legal basis is Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (directly related to entering into a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. Email and WhatsApp conversations are held on the infrastructure of the companies that provide those services (Google, Meta). Data is kept until your enquiry is concluded and for the periods the law requires, and then deleted.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Ask for it to be erased or destroyed under the conditions of the law
• Ask for corrections, erasure and destruction to be notified to third parties it was transferred to
• Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Cookies and third-party services

This site uses no cookies and runs no ad tracking. Fonts are served from the site itself.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across sites. It reports, in aggregate, the pages viewed, the site a visit came from, the country, the browser and device type, and how long pages take to load; your IP address and browser details reach Cloudflare’s servers in the process. The purpose is to see how the site is used and how quickly it opens; the legal basis is legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).

For its own working, the site keeps a few small records in your browser: that the opening animation has been shown and where you were on a page, for this session only (they are cleared when the tab closes), and that you have seen the notice that links here. They are not cookies and are never sent to any server.

When the map section is displayed, its images load from Esri’s servers; the map data belongs to OpenStreetMap contributors. Your IP address is passed to that provider in the process.

Project videos hosted on YouTube do not load until you press play; they then open from YouTube’s cookie-free domain (youtube-nocookie.com).

The infrastructure provider hosting the site may keep standard server logs (IP address, time and page requested) for security and operation.

Project information and images

Images captioned “visualisation” are computer renderings of the design, not photographs; the finished building may differ from them in detail.

Areas, room counts and similar details on this site are for presentation and may change; the binding details are those in the sales contract. No prices are given on this site.
